Custom Products
As most products are custom manufactured specifically for each customer, returns may not be possible once production has started.
However, if there is any genuine issue, our team will review the case and try to provide the best possible solution.
Damaged Delivery Support
If your order arrives damaged:
- contact us within 48 hours
- share photos/videos of the package and product
This helps us quickly resolve the issue with our shipping partners.
